I have been getting so many lovely comments about my beautiful website that I thought it time credit was given to the person who constructed it for me, and who keeps you all updated with my jewellery blogs.  When I finally decided to get my beaded beauties online for all the world to see, I contacted Anita at www.funkyfarm.co.uk and gave her my brief, which was really very brief!  I said I wanted a pink sparkling website on which I could showcase my handmade earrings, bracelets, charms and so on and she said “leave it with me”.  The rest, as they say, is history.  It is as though she looked inside my head and saw the picture that I had of what I wanted, and after a bit of tweaking and a near nervous-breakdown on my part when I thought I was going to have to do the PayPal bit (Anita and her husband Mark even took care of that), I was up and running within a matter of days.  Anita works tirelessly for me, on occasions through the night, and were it not for her I would still be wibbling and not talking to you all now.  Not only is she my project manager, she has now started to come up with suggestions and ideas on different collections she would like to see on the site and I have taken all her ideas on board.  My bridal jewellery and table favours will soon be hitting the pages, together with some photos based on a day in the life of a beaded French flower, but these things do take time, bearing in mind I still have a full-time job which occupies my weekdays, coupled with internet orders which need to be dealt with and craft fairs, jewellery parties and so on.  So, Anita gets the Oscar for her creativity, energy, attention to detail (including being this dyslexic’s spellchecker) and input as well as for being there for me at all hours of the day and night, even when on babysitting duties of her own.  I couldn’t have done it without her.
